
These kabab are specialy made during Ramadan and on Eid . We use Pearl Millet Flour in this but if u can't find it , u can substitute it with Regular Chapati Flour.
Always fry one Kabab first and check spices, adjust flavor according to your taste and if it will break in oil then add more flour or u can add 1 egg in mixture for binding. Or if will too hard then add some yogurt in mixture.
Don't touch with spoon untill kababs are firm from outside .
Raw Beef mince is used in it so cook it on slow medium flame.
